Ferrite Core
Ferrite Cores are used for noise reduction on the USB cable and to help stop interference with the communication on the USB cable and the LetRipp II software and unit. We suggest you purchase two of these cores for either end of the USB cable. A Ferrite core is a passive electric component used to suppress high frequency noise in electronic circuits and we have found them most useful when we have experienced interference between the unit and software through the USB cable. |
